About the Role

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will lead our pioneering company's marketing team and drive the brand strategy, growth, and expansion into new channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our omni-channel approach and ensuring exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan, setting ambitious targets, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Create and implement innovative growth strategies to sustain rapid expansion.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing function, ensuring delivery on growth targets and KPIs.
  • Nurture and inspire a high-performance marketing team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • A deep understanding of team dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and inspiring a high-performance culture.
  • Hands-on experience with allocating significant marketing budgets across online and offline media.
  • Experience working with B2C physical products in an omnichannel environment.
