Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Training Centre Administrator. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our training centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to staff, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Schedule training sessions and resources to meet client needs
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, building strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
  • Plan and coordinate general administration tasks, including social events and stationery management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams
  • Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
