Community Physiotherapist Opportunity

Are you a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist seeking to make a real impact in your local community? Join us to help people live healthier, more independent lives.

This is a flexible permanent part-time role (0.4 to 0.8 FTE), ideal for someone who values autonomy, variety, and meaningful work.

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients in their homes and occasionally in residential aged care settings, helping them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

  • Deliver private services supporting individuals with self-identified needs
  • Provide rehab in the home post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
  • Support hospital in the home post-hospitalisation recovery
  • Assist Home Care Packages, helping clients stay independent at home
  • Deliver residential aged care delivering group and 1:1 exercise programs
  • Hold AHPRA registration as an experienced Physiotherapist
  • Work confidently independently and manage your own schedule
  • Be based in or near Blacktown with your own vehicle
