Key Job Responsibilities

This key role is responsible for managing various payroll teams located in Paramatta and Goulburn. The successful candidate will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders, addressing complex queries and escalations that the teams are working on.

The ideal candidate will provide support to the Executive team by offering insights and advice for decision making on payroll related matters.

A critical component of this job is ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, leading the implementation of process improvements, and contributing to major projects such as new client onboardings.

  • Day-to-day management of payroll teams to deliver timely and accurate services
  • Leadership and guidance of the team to achieve optimal performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
