Senior Payroll Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Payroll Management Professional at our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
About the Role:
- Manage payroll processing, including handling payroll queries and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Apply knowledge of taxation rules to ensure accurate payment of taxes.
- Respond to enquiries and manage the inbox, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll-related queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve payroll processes and ensure efficient operation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems and ability to adapt to new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
