About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at BOQ. As the first point of contact in the Branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Provide information on BOQ's products and services
  • Contribute to achieving branch success and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Perform teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Initiate quality conversations with customers through floor walking and outbound calling
  • Manage cash and maintain the ATM
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a successful candidate, you will:
