About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BOQ. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teller Duties: Handle general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Floor Walking: Engage with customers, initiate quality conversations, and provide information on BOQ's products and services.
  • Booking Interviews: Schedule appointments with clients to discuss their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain and build relationships with clients through inbound and outbound calling, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Daily Maintenance: Perform daily tasks, including ATM maintenance, cash management, and stationery orders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
