About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at ProVision. As a Receptionist/Optical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and customers, providing a friendly and professional image of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, appointments, and enquiries
  • Handle accounts and banking, as well as general office and reception duties
  • Utilize our Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook to manage day-to-day tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized solutions for our patients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the medical profession
  • High level of customer/patient contact and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work extra days and Saturday mornings when required
