Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is integral to our team, working closely with individuals who have sustained injuries in the workplace. Our focus is on providing expert support and guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
- We undertake vocational assessments to identify areas where we can provide targeted intervention strategies to enhance independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring confidence in engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes, allowing them to provide expert advice and support.
- A qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling and full accreditation by ASORC are essential requirements for this role.
- The ability to engage effectively with diverse cultural groups and display an inclusive attitude is vital for success in this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service, are essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel, along with a current driver's license, are also required.
