Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to manage the daily operations of our office in Wagga Wagga. You will collaborate with our administration team to ensure all staff compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phone calls professionally and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Welcoming clients and caregivers as they arrive at the office
  • Engaging with caregivers to gather compliance documentation
  • Maintaining current employee records
  • Coordinating with the entire office team
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

  • Empathetic, passionate, and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications and a willingness to learn new software
  • Capability to uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems
  • Customer service experience in a relevant industry
  • National Police Check
  • Current Driver's License
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
