## IT Service Desk Support Specialist
### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at HiTech Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to service desk staff and customers, resolving complex issues and escalating them when necessary.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and guidance to service desk staff and customers, resolving complex issues and escalating them when necessary
* Coordinate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with business objectives
* Assist with the implementation of ITIL framework suited to our business operations
* Develop and implement service desk policies, procedures, and best practices
### Requirements
* Experience leading, mentoring, and or training service desk staff
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 based systems
* Understanding of ITIL and how it can be utilised in real-world applications
