We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll.

This includes preparing and processing invoices, credits, payments and other financial transactions, as well as managing payroll queries and maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to undertake monthly and quarterly BAS reconciliations, pay PAYG/payroll tax and prepare job budget analysis and reporting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience in MYOB (account rite) is essential, and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are also required.

Post-secondary qualification is desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping and hold current work authorisation for Australia.

Hours of work will be approximately 27 per week.

Salary will be between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 per year.
