We are seeking a skilled Global Constructability Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization.
The Global Constructability Lead will play a key role in the design, planning, delivery, and operation of our global infrastructure. This includes working with cross-functional teams to develop engineering design constructability standards, reviewing design documents, and providing input to design engineers on global standards and data center designs.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure system designs and construction methodologies. They will also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high quality standards.
In addition to their technical expertise, the Global Constructability Lead will be responsible for developing and presenting business case analysis to senior leadership. They will also work closely with other teams to drive engineering, testing, and operational excellence improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction) experience
- 10+ years of detailed knowledge of critical data center equipment
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high quality standards
