Data Center Engineer Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Center Engineer to join our infrastructure team. As a member of the AWS global infrastructure services, you'll be responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all aspects of our data centers.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the operation of our data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and provide input on design submissions for new data center projects
* Troubleshoot site/equipment failures and document corrective actions
* Provide operational support through ad-hoc training, procedure reviews, and event assistance
* Develop conceptual designs for existing data center upgrades and solutions
* Collaborate with internal data center operations, design engineering, server hardware, and environmental health and safety teams
* Create innovative solutions for our data centers
