
Chief Revenue Generator

This is a key leadership role that will drive our fundraising efforts forward, leveraging strategic partnerships, creative events, and compelling campaigns to secure significant funding.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, philanthropy or business development, with experience securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships and grants. They will possess excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Lead Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that meets revenue targets and grows relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations.
- Secure Major Gifts: Identify, cultivate and solicit high-value donations from individual and institutional supporters.
- Cultivate Corporate Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key corporate partners to secure sponsorships and collaborations that advance our mission.
- Innovate Fundraising Events: Plan and execute creative events and digital campaigns that engage audiences and drive giving.
- Manage Donor Relationships: Provide exceptional donor care and communication to build long-term relationships and foster loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven success in fundraising, philanthropy or business development.
- Experience securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships and grants.
- Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Benefits:
A competitive salary range of $110k - $120k per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
