Job Title: Operational Sales Enhancement Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a pivotal part in improving the productivity of front-line selling teams and driving effective sales objectives.

  • Support strategic planning initiatives by designing and implementing territories.
  • Develop and enhance business intelligence reporting that provides actionable insights into performance against targets.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior sales leaders.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the domain expert for involvement and implementation of ad-hoc projects for sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and platform businesses with end-to-end process knowledge.
  • Ability to develop channel plans and forecast short-term activity.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with expertise in interpreting customer and/or sales data.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrable experience using Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
