We're seeking an expert in process improvement to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing data to identify process enhancements, recommending automation, and contributing to product development.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

  • Detailed analysis of the customer journey to optimize processes.
  • Recommendations for process changes and automations to enhance efficiency internally and externally.
  • Cross-functional collaboration on platform product development.
  • Project management and reporting to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
  • Communication with senior managers on project status and progress updates.
  • Evaluation of process improvements through metrics such as customer satisfaction and resolution times.

We're Looking for Candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or equivalent roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and operations data.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
