Payroll Implementation Specialist

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee the end-to-end implementation of payroll and award interpretation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software implementation and end-to-end payroll processes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Define objectives, set timelines, and allocate resources for seamless transition.
  • Coordinate delivery of implementation project with internal, external, and global stakeholders.
  • Perform data cleansing, migration, and validation activities with collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
Compliance Requirements:
  • Interpret Enterprise and Collective Agreements, Awards, and clauses for accurate capture and payment.
  • Confirm system solution and infrastructure setup for error-free payroll calculations.
  • Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for accuracy, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Training and Support:
  • Provide training to stakeholders and end-users for successful adoption of software.

As a key member of our team, you will report to Payroll Responsible, collaborating with Payroll Coordinators, Global BT, Country HR Manager, and Finance team. Regular engagement with internal retail and external stakeholders is required to ensure compliance, efficiency, and successful rollout.

  • 3+ years in payroll, payroll management, or HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation and end-to-end payroll processes across AU and NZ.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
