About the Role

Our global logistics leader is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead an integrated test approach for our payroll systems. Reporting to the Project Director, you will work on a high-impact payroll implementation program based in Sydney Olympic Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing processes for payroll systems, including ADP, Workday, and UKG Dimensions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to accurately test payroll requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Manage test environments, data preparation, and defect management processes.
  • Ensure seamless testing interfaces and integrations with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of testing experience, ideally in complex project environments.
  • 5+ years of Payroll implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple SDLCs and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic decision-making abilities.
