Payroll Consultant Role

Job Description:

Our organization specializes in providing expert Payroll solutions, with years of experience in all phases of the deployment life cycle. We develop maintainable solutions, provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases, and offer coaching and mentorship to help our team members grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing projects, designing and configuring Workday solutions, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Collaborate with our data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday and work closely with our integration consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled individual with 2+ years of experience implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) solutions, current active Workday Payroll Certification, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. They must possess strong project management skills, functional experience in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
