Payroll System Deployment Expert

The role of Payroll Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process of new payroll and award interpretation systems.
- This involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
This includes managing all phases of the project including defining objectives, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
Responsibilities:- Data Management: Coordinate delivery with internal, external, and global stakeholders. Ensure proper capture and payment in accordance with Enterprise and Collective Agreements, Awards, and clauses.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure accuracy, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll Responsible, collaborate with the Payroll Coordinators, Global BT, Country HR Manager, and Finance team.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in payroll, payroll management, or HR solutions
- Strong understanding of software implementation and end-to-end payroll processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
This is a 12-month contract position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
