Lead Finance and Insurance Manager

This is a senior leadership role across 5 locations on the Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team of Business Managers.
  • Passionate about Automotive Finance and delivering results.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to lead and teach by example.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve KPIs for both finance and insurance sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise finance conversion rates and increase product sales.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs.
  • Continual training and development of the team to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and business partners.
  • Implement and maintain policies and practices.
  • Work closely with the Sales teams and Management to ensure the F&I processes are integrated and followed.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards in all finance and insurance transactions.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and transparent finance experience for all buyers.
  • Assist in the training and development of Trainee Business Managers.
