We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Leader to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

As the Finance & Insurance Area Manager, you will mentor and lead a team of Business Managers across 5 locations. This senior leadership role requires strong management capabilities to ensure KPI's are met and customer satisfaction outcomes are achieved.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following :

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team of Automotive Business Managers.
  • Passionate about Automotive Finance and delivering results.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to lead and teach by example.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
  • Era, FinanceConnect and LeadDriver experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
  • The successful applicant will need to be located or prepared to relocate to the Sunshine Coast.
Your responsibilities will include :
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve KPI's for both finance and insurance sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise finance conversion rates and increase product sales.
  • Monitor and report on KPI's.
  • Continual training and development of the team to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and business partners.
  • Implement and maintain Autopact's policies and practices.
  • Work closely with the Sales teams and Management to ensure the F&I processes are integrated and followed.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards in all finance and insurance transactions.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and transparent finance experience for all buyers.
  • Assist in the training and development of Trainee Business Managers.
