Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams. They will be passionate about automotive finance and focused on delivering exceptional results, with outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

As a senior leader, you will mentor and guide a team of business managers across multiple locations. This role requires strong management capabilities to ensure key performance indicators are met and customer satisfaction outcomes are achieved.

You will develop and implement strategies to maximize financial conversion rates and drive product sales growth, monitor and report on key metrics, and continually invest in the development of your team to ensure they meet and exceed targets.

Your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring and motivating a team of business managers to achieve key objectives for both finance and insurance sales, developing and implementing strategies to maximize financial conversion rates and drive product sales growth, monitoring and reporting on key metrics, and continually investing in the development of your team.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, implement and maintain policies and best practices, work closely with sales teams and management to ensure seamless integration of F&I processes, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards in all financial and insurance transactions.
