Job Description

We are seeking a strategic commercial leader to drive our national automotive services business forward. As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for leading all commercial functions across the organisation, including end-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management. You will also work closely with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights.

This role requires a strong commercial background, with experience in senior leadership positions, preferably in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery. You should have excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation, as well as experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners.

About the Role
  • Lead all commercial functions across the organisation
  • Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management
  • Work closely with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights
  • Manage key customer and partner relationships
  • Lead a team across property, parts, and projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners
