Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in a key role that will drive strategic workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to identify current and future workforce priorities and capability needs, and develop innovative solutions to address these challenges.

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to build strong relationships and develop people-focused solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support business objectives, including identifying current and future workforce priorities and capability needs
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Employee Engagement: Partner with leaders across the organization to build strong relationships and develop people-focused solutions to improve employee engagement
Requirements:
  • Experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or Leadership (or a similar/equivalent field)
  • Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Certification
