Job Title: Transfer of Technology Training Specialist

This role involves developing and implementing training strategies to support future programs and capability development goals. As a key member of the team, you will co-develop and implement ToT training strategies aligned with the company's future programs.

  • Develop and implement training strategies that meet compliance, competency frameworks, and company policies.
  • Facilitate gap analysis using ToT tools to identify training needs and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Transfer Leads, Learning & Development, and Operations partners to define training transfers.
  • Coordinate with the Shipbuilding Training Academy to ensure effective delivery of transferred training modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in adult education, Learning & Development, or training delivery in complex environments. They should be skilled in gap analysis, competency mapping, and progression frameworks.

A strong understanding of shipbuilding, manufacturing, and engineering processes is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also required. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate cultural nuances is critical.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, training, or engineering; trade background desirable.
