Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead and manage our stores' front-end and POS operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front-end and POS operations in multiple stores
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail managers
  • Maintain accurate staff rostering and ordering systems
  • Liaise with both staff and management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve business objectives
  • Coach, train, and performance-manage staff to achieve individual and team goals
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote work health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations or management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including front-end and POS systems

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
