Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grocery Retail Operations Manager to lead our dairy and freezer department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take ownership of the department and drive results-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead inventory management and ordering processes to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements
  • Significant experience in grocery retail operations, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
