Service Care Manager

- Maintain strong relationships with participants, support workers, and referral partners.
- Foster a safe work environment, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in coordinating support services for people within their homes and communities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by patience and dedication.
- Able to establish and maintain rapport with various stakeholders and partners.
- High level of technical proficiency, including experience with information technology systems.
