Care Services Manager

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to your team in support of our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a group of professionals who deliver direct care to clients.
- Ensure staff have a clear understanding of individual client needs and preferences, and can provide services tailored to those needs.
- Mentor and develop staff to help them reach their full potential.
- Recruit new team members and ensure they have the necessary training and resources.
- Certificate IV in Aged Care (Desirable), HR or similar degree.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages Program, CHSP services, Aged Care Quality Standards and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
- Performance coaching experience and management of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A current driver's licence and safe driving record.
- Ability to travel between locations as required.
