- Supporting individuals in developing confidence and skills to re-enter the workforce
- Helping employers find suitable candidates through targeted recruitment efforts
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Providing education on employment barriers and community stigma to stakeholders
- Offering post-placement support to both job seekers and employers
