We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting customers with product and price enquiries.
About the Role- Respond to product and price enquiries from home owners providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Support electricians, builders, plumbers with information about products promoting their benefits and applications
- Assist customers with spare parts questions ensuring minimum disruption to their operations
- Collaborate with the warranty team to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Strong technical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and experience in a phone-based customer service environment
- Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM systems
