Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team at our concept store in Westfield Knox, Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Store Manager & Assistant Manager to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences within our concept store through effective staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  2. Model our service and selling standards to provide customers with outstanding experiences while leading and inspiring store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  3. Represent our brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  4. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  5. Train and coach team members to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  6. Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  7. Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail leadership or visual merchandising is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of stockroom procedures and customer service principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
