About this role
Buscojobs seeks a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and end-to-end execution of our brand marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on strategic role that drives awareness, engagement, and growth through concept-driven campaigns, compelling storytelling, and fully integrated brand activations.
You will take full ownership of campaign development from ideation and creative briefing through to rollout and analysis while overseeing all brand marketing activity including retail activity planning, campaign management, public relations, go to market planning, local area marketing, content strategy, creative and copywriting.
You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand integrity and campaign success across all channels.
This role requires an experienced brand marketing leader who is confident managing external agencies and inspiring a high-performing internal team, while remaining hands-on in campaign execution and creative output.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team
- Lead the campaign calendar end to end, from strategic ideation and marketing direction to roll out and post campaign analysis
- Oversee all brand marketing initiatives including new store launches, local area marketing, retail activations, and seasonal brand campaigns
- Own and manage the retail activity calendar, aligning activity across product, creative, and retail functions
- Manage agency partners day to day, ensuring key objectives and targets are met
- Oversee content development; copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video edits ensuring alignment to brand guidelines
- Drive content strategy and execution to deliver consistent pillars and engaging storytelling across owned and earned channels
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content is aligned with broader brand campaigns and strategic direction
- Identify and lead brand partnerships, events, and activations that strengthen brand awareness and engagement
About you
We're looking for someone with 6+ years' experience in brand marketing, within fashion / lifestyle omnichannel retail environments.
Demonstrated success owning and delivering large-scale brand campaigns from concept to rollout is a must.
Strong experience managing agencies partners and external creative contractors is also required.
A strong creative sensibility and skilled in copywriting and storytelling, with a strong sense of style are essential.
You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
