We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our Exclusive Brands portfolio.

About the Role

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end marketing strategies and execution for eight owned brands across fashion and accessories. This key member of our marketing team will be responsible for developing annual and seasonal marketing strategies, collaborating with creative agencies, and leading the development and rollout of brand campaigns and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for each Myer Exclusive Brand, aligning with brand positioning, customer needs, and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with external partners to create distinct brand marketing plans, including campaign cadences, content direction, and tone of voice.
  • Identify growth opportunities, leveraging customer data, market trends, and trade insights to drive innovation in brand storytelling.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in senior marketing roles, ideally across owned brands, fashion/lifestyle retail, or specialty brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and experience developing marketing plans for distinct brand identities.
  • Proven ability to deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns across owned and paid platforms.
