Job Description

We are seeking a professional to join our team in Brisbane or Melbourne.

This role will specialise in regulation in higher education and requires knowledge of the broader education sector.

The successful candidate will have a background in higher education, regulation and / or quality assurance and with knowledge of the legislative and regulatory context for education in Australia.

  • Contribute to client engagements and be a key member of our consulting team.
  • Deliver high performance outcomes, act as an emerging thought leader on projects, and contribute to the continuous growth of the business.
  • Hands-on project delivery with contributions to firm development through thought leadership, business development, and project management.
  • Manage multiple parallel client engagements, with projects usually involving client and stakeholder engagement and consultation, solution and design workshops, research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative, as required), and developing high-impact reports/deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in higher education, regulation and / or quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory context for education in Australia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
