We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented individuals to support our growth and expansion.

About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates alike.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are passionate about recruitment and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recruitment resourcing experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting, including onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment ATS's and onboarding system platforms, including JobAdder and HROnboard.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel within our expansive boundary.
Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
