About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Youth Program Leader to join our team. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing engaging and educational activities for children.
- Design and deliver age-appropriate programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a supportive environment;
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement inclusive activities that cater to diverse needs and abilities;
- Supervise children during programs and ensure their safety and well-being.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field;
- Previous experience in program delivery, preferably in an outside school hours care setting;
- A willingness to complete ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
