Job Opportunity: Youth Program Leader


We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the delivery of a youth program. As the program coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a safe and engaging environment for children, planning activities, supervising staff, and building relationships with schools and the community while ensuring compliance with regulations.


About the Role


This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to work from home or at our premises. You will be supported by a mentor and regional manager to ensure your success in this role.


Responsibilities


  • Lead a team to create a safe and engaging program for children.
  • Plan activities and supervise staff.
  • Build relationships with schools and the community.
  • Ensure service compliance and medical documentation.

Requirements


  • Natural leadership skills.
  • Passion for teaching children.
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, staff, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to have fun.
  • Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
