Lead a Roadside & Drainage Team

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Roadside and Drainage team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate their team, and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Roadside and Drainage team in delivering safe and sustainable works for civil construction and maintenance projects
  • Undertake maintenance and minor construction of roadside and drainage related civil infrastructure
  • Complete asset inspections, schedule and implement maintenance tasks of piped and open drainage, GPT's and infiltration systems, guide posts, culverts and chemical spraying on local and RMS roads

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control plans, Safe Work Near Power Lines, First Aid Certificate
