Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively leading, directing, monitoring and mentoring the team.
- Undertaking maintenance and minor construction of roadside and drainage related civil infrastructure.
- Completing asset inspections, scheduling and implementing maintenance tasks of piped and open drainage systems.
This is a permanent opportunity working full-time 38 hours per week with access to flexible working arrangements such as a 4-day week.
Some key qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Possessing or being able to obtain accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control plans, Safe Work Near Power Lines, and First Aid Certificate would be beneficial.
The focus is on meeting program requirements for internal customers while maintaining job satisfaction.
