Job Overview

We are seeking a professional with exceptional leadership skills to join our team as a Leader. This is a full-time opportunity with access to flexible working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead and direct the team in delivering safe and sustainable works for civil construction and maintenance projects.
  • Undertake maintenance and minor construction of roadside and drainage related civil infrastructure according to service agreements/project schedules.
  • Conduct asset inspections, schedule, and implement maintenance tasks of piped and open drainage, GPTs, infiltration systems, guide posts, culverts, and chemical spraying on local and RMS roads.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Certificate III in Civil Construction or relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to obtain accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, and Safe Work Near Power Lines.
