The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant/Clerk to join our team in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate support to our customers and team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document preparation and maintenance of computer systems and spreadsheets in MS Excel and Word
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing when required
- Filing and maintenance of records both electronically and manually
- Completing cycle counting and inventory maintenance as directed
- Providing general Administration and Clerical support to Management and team as required
- Answering phones and maintaining a clean work environment
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Advanced computer skills and accurate data entry in Excel and Word
- Proficiency in the application of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent written, verbal, and numeracy skills and ability to interpret written and verbal instructions
- The ability to work without supervision and willing to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail in interpreting instructions
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to participate and contribute effectively within a team environment
- A can-do attitude with no job too big or too small
- Possess a current driver's license and have your own reliable vehicle
- Live locally in the Southern Highlands area
- Must be a permanent Australian Resident
