About the Role
Pirtek Southern Highlands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a team of people focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate support to our customers and team. Your tasks will include:


• Document preparation and maintenance of computer systems and spreadsheets in MS Excel and Word

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing when required

• Filing and maintenance of records both electronically and manually

• Completing cycle counting and inventory maintenance as directed

• Providing general Administration and Clerical support to Management and team as required

• Answering phones and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:


• Advanced computer skills and accurate data entry in Excel and Word

• Proficiency in the application of basic accounting principles and practices

• Excellent written, verbal, and numeracy skills and the ability to interpret written and verbal instructions

• The ability to work without supervision and be willing to take initiative

• Strong attention to detail in interpreting instructions

• Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to participate and contribute effectively within a team environment

• A can-do attitude with no job too big or too small

• Possession of a current driver's license and a reliable vehicle

• Residency in the Southern Highlands area

• Permanent Australian residency
