We are a leader in medical technology, constantly pushing boundaries to create better outcomes and experiences for patients. As Head of Sales, Laboratory Diagnostics ANZ, you will lead our Laboratory Diagnostics Sales & Applications team across Australia and New Zealand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the ANZ Laboratory Diagnostics Team
  • Defining key markets and key customers for you and your team to focus on
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure successful delivery to customers
  • Taking ownership to drive and monitor key market development programs
  • Building strong relationships with our customers

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications within a relevant technical or commercial discipline
  • A proven track record selling in the diagnostics space or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, including preparing and delivery presentations
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated success leading a sales team to meet targets
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
