Spanish International Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Spanish Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the international student recruitment space.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at an education institution, with a proven track record of driving international student enrollment and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are essential for this position, as well as sales and proactive personality traits.
- A well-presented and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in diverse cultural settings, is also required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational agents and partners.
- Propose, present, and execute onshore and offshore promotional sales and marketing activities.
- Drive set targets in student recruitment, leveraging CRM systems and other tools to optimize results.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and mission.
- Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English.
- Residency in Brisbane, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Background experience in the education industry is desirable but not mandatory.
