Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Recruitment and Conversion Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our student recruitment targets for the Southeast Asia and Greater China region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior International Recruitment Manager in the preparation and implementation of student recruitment initiatives to achieve onshore student recruitment targets.
  • Represent the institution at international events, recruitment exhibitions, school/university visits, student interviews, and other forums to promote lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct regular conversion activities as directed by the Recruitment Team.
  • Maintain and provide regular/m monthly reports on conversion and enrolment numbers.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with agents and internal student acquisition functions.
  • Manage overall acquisition cost and investment in sales and marketing activities and measure ROI.
  • Support the execution of agent incentives and promotional activities to enhance student recruitment efforts and achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Appropriate qualification or experience at Bachelor Level suitable to relevant sales experience and/or education/training.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as International Recruitment Manager/Sales, and/or demonstrated knowledge of the Higher Education sectors and student recruitment landscape, particularly of Southeast Asia and/or Greater China region.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Drive, motivation, and attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
  • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
  • A working knowledge of the regulatory environment specific to international education.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal.'
  • Positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
  • Fluent in a second language; preferably Mandarin.
