Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for end-to-end customer experience across our eCommerce platform
- Lead, develop and support a high-performing design team to deliver outstanding results
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and objectives are achieved
This leadership role demands a deep understanding of eCommerce principles, strong communication skills and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a design manager, leading a team of 3 or more people
- Strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviours and best practices
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, creativity and collaboration within the design team
- Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs on time and on budget
