Design Manager

As a key member of our Digital team, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in eCommerce experiences for millions of customers. With a focus on customer-centric design, you'll oversee the end-to-end experience across our online journey – from basket to payments and post-purchase.

About the Role

This leadership role requires a seasoned Product Design Manager with a strong background in eCommerce and experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to strengthen our web and app experiences, making them more intuitive and reducing customer friction.

Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing design team, providing clarity, direction, and feedback to ensure milestones are met, and partnering closely in our triad model with Product and Engineering leaders.

  • Proven experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people
  • Strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviors and best practice
  • Ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with Product and Engineering
